This is a really funky Flash implementation: basically a skeleton on a string, kind of like a macabre marionette. The site itself is a really eclectic collection of Flash apps, most of which I can't make heads or tails out of.

There's a big (digital) photography show coming up in February (PMA), so the various manufacturers' hype machines will be in full swing in the coming weeks. Check out Fuji's tease of their next-generation FinePix with "Super CCD III".

I posted this link a while ago to the Milko muscle machine, but in case you didn't notice, there is another mixer referenced at the bottom of the page, the Milko music machine. Both are equally excellent.

As anyone who has done a fair amount of auction browsing knows, this site asks a very important question: Who would buy that? One man's trash, I guess ... From Jui.

The best way to describe this Flash app is the way it describes itself: a kung fu mixer. Basically it takes some semi-authentic Bruce Lee music background and lets you mix a variety of kung fu movie sounds in the foreground, while playing various images (of Bruce Lee, hence the name, although I am not sure all of them are authentic Bruce Lee images). Maybe worth a few minutes of your time; the "victory" track is the most recognizable Bruce Lee one. The voice-overs are in some European language that probably indicates the home country of the creator.

For those of you who were under a rock yesterday, Mike Tyson decided to reprise his role as a side-show freak at a presser for his fight against Lennox Lewis and got into a brawl and a media cuss-fest. During his cuss-out, Tyson was apparently making obscene gestures. Jui reports that the "package" must have shifted into a "picturesque position," because Tyson's bodygoard started covering up Tyson's decision-maker with the flap of his trenchcoat.

Well DPReview has DP'd the Nikon Coolpix 5000, their new 5-megapixel flagship consumer camera. Kind of disappointing, if you ask me.

Yes, it's in the pipes and apparently, will be announced within weeks. NV25 -- Geforce 4 -- continues in NVIDIA's tradition of "ever faster" ... we'll see how good these turn out and how their pricing affects the cost of older NVIDIA boards.

Now THAT is one serious overclock. No question about it. It's unknown whether any permanent damage was done by such treatment.
