Flippy
I've been sleeping a bit on the technology front, and whaddya know, there's all kinds of cool new stuff out there. Here's Sony's new PDA,
the Clie PEG-NR70/NR70V
The defining feature of this PDA is a full-length, flip-open-and-swivel screen. That's right, the screen can turn completely around and be hidden/protected
when the unit is stored. No need for the clunky cover anymore, not to mention this gives you a gigantic screen. Inside, a hardware keyboard and the normal hardware Palm buttons
are concealed. The unit also includes a headphone jack, a jog dial, a remote control plug and a digital camera. And of course, it supports Memory Sticks. This is the
ultimate PalmOS device to date.
In other news ... Macromedia has released Flash for PocketPC.
PPC continues to distance itself from PalmOS by emphasizing its strengths ...

Legoism
This is a pretty darn cool site sent in by none other than FreakyLemur, who is apparently still alive and kickin'.
The Mini-Mizer is a Flash program that allows you to create your own custom
Lego person. It's got a pretty remarkable depth of options.
Gaming news
All kinds of sit:
Headless Mike
This is a particularly strange story about a chicken with no head. Mike had his head chopped off -- but surprisingly
kept on tickin' for another year and a half. Check the site for the whole story, which is quite interesting. From Dr. Mikee.
Systemcooling
There's a new slick hardware site in town: Systemcooling.com.
It focuses (surprise!) on case and cooling, and is running a little grand-opening giveaway right now, so head on over and put your
entry in.

$20 conspiracy
Both Gsohappy and Lankus sent this in at the same time, so I guess I'd better post it up.
Here's the latest bill-folding conspiracy theory
Sluts against Butts
Yeah it's exactly what it says, Sluts against Butts ... bad girls against tobacco.
Catchy name but there doesn't seem to be much to it yet. From SK.
Symphony
Leave it to Mafioso to submit Symphony, a device that allows sex toys to be controlled over the internet.
Film flubs
Here's a site that catalogs mistakes made in movies,
including discontinuities, contradictions and factual errors. Apparently, the recently released Spider-Man is near the top of the list.
From Dr. Mikee.
