Well Photokina is opening in Cologne and you can bet the new digicam announcements will be coming fast and furious. While Canon's 11-megapixel EOS-1Ds had already leaked out (but remains un-officially announced), Kodak managed to keep its bombshell quiet -- the 14-megapixel DCS-14n. There's only one word for this: Wow. Kodak has trumped Canon unabashedly, and released a really nice-looking body to boot.
